Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Goods purchased online from cleanday.com.au may be returned for credit and will be subject to the following handling charges:
| Within 14 days of purchase date - | Nil |
| Within 15-30 days of purchase date - | 10% |
| After 30 days of purchase date - | No credit |
Claims
No claims are recognised unless made within 7 days from date of sale. Claims can be made by phoning Cleanday on 1300 887 894 or emailing accounts@cleanday.com.au.
Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $37 merchant chargeback fee, ONLY if notice is received by Cleanday before the products leave the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Conditions of Sale
Goods subject to any sale remain the property of Cleanday Pty Ltd until the whole of the purchase price has been paid for by the Purchaser to Cleanday Pty Ltd.
