Hard Floor Maintenance

Maintaining hard floors such as vinyl and terrazzo requires specialised equipment and sealers, as follows:

• Machine Scrubbers
• Machine Buffers
• Floor stripper and sealer
• Neutral floor cleaners

Normally, an initial stripping and sealing is done to the floor, then a daily, weekly or monthly machine scrubbing and or buffing is needed. Most sealers last 12 months before they need to be stripped and sealed again, depending on traffic flow and wear and tear.
