FAQ's
Where do you deliver?We deliver Australia wide to most metro areas, within 5 working days. A delivery fee may apply to remote areas of which customers will be notified of for approval. How do I know if you received my order?As soon as your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt of your order. Once your order has then been received by a member of our Internet sales team, the order is prepared and then collected by our courier company for delivery. A Tax Invoice will be attached to the goods for your records. What methods of payment are acceptable?For orders placed online, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For customers who sign up for a 7 day account, they will have the option of paying by EFT or cheque. Payment terms are STRICTLY 7 DAYS. Products ordered remain the property of Cleanday Pty Ltd until full payment is received. Do you deliver on the weekend (or public holidays)?No. We are open, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday, except public holidays, during the hours of 9am – 5pm. You can order products 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and the order will be processed the next working day. Can I make changes to my order?Changes can be made to your order provided that the request is made prior to the order leaving the warehouse. Please notify us immediately should you have to make any changes to your order. A fee of $15 will apply should you wish to redirect your order to a different address. What if the recipient is not there upon delivery?Should the recipient not be at the business address when your delivery is made, the following may occur (practice varies slightly between states): What happens if I change my mind?Should you wish to change the delivery address or items you wish to send and your order HAS NOT already left the warehouse, we can change this for you. Delivery charges may apply to the new address to which you wish to send the delivery. If your order HAS been sent already, a fee of $15 will be charged to redirect your order. What happens if I supply the wrong address?Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of $15 will apply. Are there any additional charges?Additional charges may apply in certain instances. For delivery to remote areas an extra fee may apply of which the customer will be notified of for approval. A redelivery fee of $15 may apply if the recipient is not there on delivery. Are my details secure when ordering online?
You will know you are in a secure environment when ordering on www.cleanday.com.au by the appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page (depending on browser security settings. As well, a secure icon will appear on your browser. For example, on Microsoft Internet Explorer, it is a lock icon. A secure site can also be identified by the site’s address. For example, when you go to our online order page, you will notice that the address starts with 'https://', while pages that are not secure are void of the ‘s’ 'http://'. Digital Certificates, or technically referred to as ‘Secure Sockets Layer’ (SSL), are used internationally by all major e-commerce sites. What if I want to cancel my order?Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $37 merchant chargeback fee, ONLY if notice is received by Cleanday before the products leave the warehouse. What if my credit card is declined?Please assist us in the ordering process by ensuring that all fields are filled in correctly and that you have double-checked both your credit card number and the expiry date. You will be notified online immediately if the transaction was successful or not. If the transaction is declined please contact your bank, then try again when the issue has been resolved. What is the currency of the prices shown?All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). How can I set up a 7 day account?If you are a registered business with an ABN and thinking about purchasing our products regularly, we can make ordering easy and hassle free. Simply visit Register an Account, fill in your business details and after Cleanday approves your account you'll receive a password.
