Brisbane Domestic Cleaning Services

We provide you with a screened, trained and insured cleaner who will bring and use Cleanday’s cleaning equipment, environmentally friendly cleaning agents and supplies that are needed to do a thorough job.

The Cleaning Routine

The cleaners are trained to perform the following cleaning routine each clean:

• Bathrooms – Scrub and disinfect sinks, Bathtubs, shine mirrors, vac & mop tiles
• Shower – Scrub and disinfect recess, tracks, screens, tiles
• Toilets – Wipe & disinfect cistern, lids, inside/outside of bowl, vac & mop floors
• Living Areas – Dust & wipe furniture, skirtings, shine glass, vac & mop hard floors
• Bedrooms – Dust & wipe furniture, skirtings, shine glass, vac & mop hard floors
• Kitchens – Wipe & disinfect bench tops, scrub sink, cook tops & fridge door

At your request on your next clean and if you pay for more cleaning time, the cleaners will clean:

• Fridges inside and out – Extra 1 hour
• Inside cabinets, cupboards & wardrobes – Extra 1 to 5+ hours
• Microwaves inside and out – Extra ½ hour
• Ovens inside and out – Extra 2 hours
• Windows inside and out, that are reachable from a standing position – Extra 1 to 5+ hours
• Spot clean walls and light switches – Extra 1+ hour

And we will coordinate a cleaner that will:

1. Meet with you on the first clean to see what you need done.
2. Then do the clean, lock up and leave.

Payment

Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express

Customers can register their credit card with us and payment will be deducted after each clean.

The Cleaners

All Cleanday cleaners are screened prior to registering with Cleanday. We check references, employment history, photo identification and do police background checks. We then choose the applicants that enjoy cleaning and are looking to work long term.

Cleaning Time

To be fair to the cleaners we ask customers to allocate enough time to get jobs done properly. We recommend allowing at least the following amount of time, per property size:

We spend a lot of time and effort making sure that the cleaner we provide for you will deliver a great service. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will find a replacement cleaner straight away.
